Loose Change for Missions - 8/2/15
Sunday, all loose change and bills given in the offering will go toward the missions budget. Funds from the missions budget go to support local, regional, and foreign missions.

Men's Ministry Meeting - 8/3/15
The Men’s Ministry Meeting for August will be held tomorrow, at 6:00pm. Dinner will be pot-providence; please bring a dish to share. Russ Moore will be teaching from God’s Word. All men are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please call Dennis Junick if you have any questions.

Men's Bible Study -8/4/15
The men of Heritage are invited to attend the Tuesday Bible study, which will resume on August 4th at 4:30pm. The study is covering 1st & 2nd Thessalonians, and meets weekly in the Fellowship Hall. For additional information, please contact the church office.

Face First Youth - 8/7/15
Join us on Friday nights at 7:00pm as we learn from God’s Word together. Pastor Jeremy is continuing his teaching series on the Awesomeness of God. After youth, we will get ice cream at Menchies on Montgomery near Juan Tabo. Parents, please pick up your youth at Menchies at10:00pm.

All college students and young adults are invited to join us for Bible Study and dinner at the Cisar’s home next Sunday night, August 9th, at 6:00pm. Pastor Harry is continuing his teaching through the book of Job. Dinner will be provided.

Women's Ministry Meeting - 8/10/15
The Women’s Dinner for August will be held Monday, August 10th, at 6pm in the Fellowship Hall. We will have a Mexican theme pot-providence; please bring a dish to share. We are asking the ladies to come prepared to share how you are allowing the Holy Spirit to renew your mind as you exchange worldly thoughts for Godly thoughts and bring a Scripture to share that is ministering to you in this sanctifying process. Romans 12:2 “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect”. We are excited to hear how God is working in each of your lives and look forward to seeing you there!

Sharing the Gospel - 8/15/15
Join us for a half-day interactive workshop on August 15th, from 9am to 1pm; lunch will be provided. You will learn the essential elements of the Gospel, and how to overcome your fears allowing you share it with family, friends and even strangers whom God puts in your path. You’ll learn how God’s Law and a person’s God-given conscience clearly show someone their need for forgiveness. You’ll also practice explaining Jesus’ atoning work on the cross in a way that will make sense even to someone without a Christian background. Please sign up at the foyer table if you plan to attend.

Summer Fellowship - 8/16/15
Everyone is invited to join us Sunday, August 16th, at 6:00pm for an evening of food, fun, and fellowship at Heritage. We will begin with a pot-providence dinner; please bring enough for your family and to share with others. Ice cream bars will be provided for dessert. We look forward to an evening glorifying our Lord and God together as we fellowship in His name.

Church Membership - 8/16/15
On Sunday, August, 16th, Heritage Christian Fellowship plans to publicly recognize those who desire to become a member of this local body of believers. If you desire to be a member and would like to be introduced to the church on that day, please call the church office at by Wednesday, August 12th.

Ministry Manual - 8/19/15
The Elders, Deacons, and staff of Heritage have updated the church’s Ministry Manual which details procedural information and establishes policies for us as a body. Wednesday, August 19th, from 5:30-6:30pm, and also Saturday, August 29th, from 9:30-10:30am, we will distribute, review, and discuss the updated Ministry Manual. Everyone is welcome to join us at either of these trainings. Please RSVP through the church office if you plan to attend.

Mandatory Nursery Training - 8/23/15
There will be a mandatory Nursery Training Meeting on August 23rd immediately following the second worship service for all nursery volunteers. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall for a light lunch followed by a training meeting. Parents eager to know about this ministry that serves your children and those that are interested in serving in the nursery are welcome to attend. Please sign up at the foyer table.
